Handler was also a the correspondent for The Tonight Show. The biggest break for Handler occurred in 2006, when she began hosting her show on E! Chelsea Handler's Show. It ran for two seasons. Handler performed on Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour the following season in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend, HBO and Comedy Central have all aired her stand-up show. In 2010, it was revealed that she was going to host the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. Roseanne was the first female ever to host a VMA.
